Born in Verbania, between the Alps and Lake Maggiore (Italy), since I was 14 I set up my photographic exhibitions around Italy.

After a Bachelor’s Degree in Arti e Scienze dello Spettacolo from La Sapienza University of Rome, 110elode/110 with an experimental thesis about Distribution and Promotion in Contemporary Italian Cinema, I attended a Summer School in Filmmaking at the Btk University in Berlin and a Master in Advanced Cinematography in Milan (Nativa – Formazioni delle Arti Audiovisive).

My stories have focused on female and queer representation, with a strong style and high image quality.  My short movie, Pollo all’Ananas ’98, (Pineapple Chicken 98), supported by the Italian Cultural Minister and Torino Piemonte Film Commission, is a story of immigration, stereotypes and mistrust that leads to a grotesque climax. 

I co-created and wrote Love Club (2023, Prime Video Italia), the first Italian TV series written and played by members of LGBTQIA+ community, produced by Tempesta Film.
